Biography: Brother of Joseph C. Baird. Graduate of Hanover College in Hanover, Indiana. Practiced law in partnership with T. J. Heady and Joseph Lancaster. Representative in the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Kentucky from 1849 to 1851. Practiced in the law firm of Baird & Price in partnership with J. Hobson Price.
