12. Surgeon L. L. Pinkerton, 11th Kentucky Cavalry, is hereby mustered out and discharged the service of the United States to date February 28^th 1863. to which date he has been paid, he having since his date of muster in, rendered but little service to the Government, in consequence of being absent from his command on account of sickness.
