4. So much of Speical Field Orders, No. 28, January 31st, 1863, from Headquarters, Department of the Cumberland, as accepted the resignation of Surgeon I. W. Brady, 1st Kentucky Volunteers, on account of inefficiency, is hereby amended so as to omit the charge of inefficiency.
