Peter in Washington County, Kentucky, on October 14, 1856. Father of Frank L. Brady. Resident of Washington County in 1850. Household owned three enslaved persons in Washington County in 1850. Graduated from New York University in New York City in 1856. Physician in Washington County in 1860. Served in the 1st Kentucky Volunteer Cavalry Regiment (U.S.A.) as a surgeon from October 28, 1861, to December 26, 1862. Surgeon at the Louisville Hospital from 1863 to 1864.
