Consisted of Mason, Lewis, Greenup, Boyd, Fleming, Rowan, Carter, Lawrence, Bath, Morgan, Clark, Montgomery, Powell, Wolfe, Magoffin counties between 1861 and 1863. Johnson, Floyd, and Pike counties were added between 1863 and 1865. Clark and Wolfe counties were removed from 1863 to 1865. Represented by Laban T. Moore from 1859 to 1861. Represented by William H. Wadsworth from 1861 to 1865. Represented by Samuel McKee from 1865 to 1867.
