Married to Eusebia Ellis Dupuy in Hancock County, Kentucky, on March 6, 1856. Father of Fannie Dupuy, Elizabeth Dupuy, and Napoleon B. Dupuy, Jr. Resident of Hancock County in 1850. Household owned four enslaved persons in 1850. Farmer in Hancock County in 1860. Household owned five enslaved persons in 1860. Served in the 10th Kentucky Cavalry (C.S.A.) as a second lieutenant from September 5, 1862, to April 18, 1863. Died in service on April 18, 1863.
