Kentucky resident and solider. Served in the Kentucky 8th Cavalry (C.S.A.) as a private from September 10, 1862 to October 4, 1862. Reported as deserted October 4, 1862. Formed a guerilla group with J. Miller with whom he murdered Major Abraham G. Wileman (U.S.A.) on October 5, 1863. Murdered in retribution by William Watkins on October 20, 1863.
