Webster, Ella M. Webster, George W. Webster, and Charles B. Webster. Served as deputy clerk of court in Hamilton, Ohio from c1841 to c1843. Served in 1st Ohio Volunteer Infantry Regiment from 1846 to c1847. Lawyer in Steubenville in 1850 and 1860. Served as clerk of court. Served in the 25th Ohio Volunteer Infantry Regiment (U.S.A.) as major. Served in the 98th Ohio Volunteer Infantry Regiment (U.S.A.) as lieutenant colonel and colonel from May 1862 to October 8, 1862.
