Bracken County, Kentucky, soldier. Married to Cornelia S. Wiley Weaver in Bracken County on December 27, 1865. Served in the 16th Kentucky Volunteer Infantry Regiment (U.S.A.) as a Sergeant, Second Lieutenant, First Lieutenant from January 28, 1862 to February 19, 1863. Assistant Inspector General. Captain in the 16th Kentucky Voluntary Veteran Infantry Regiment (U.S.A.) from May 13, 1865, to July 15, 1865. Clerk in Bracken County in December 1865.
