Cook, and Florence Cook. Graduated from the Pennsylvania Medical University in 1847. Physician in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, in 1860. Employed J. C. Bentley as an overseer in Christian County in 1860. Owned ten enslaved persons, including Garland [Unknown], in Hopkinsville in 1860. Board member and manager of the Western Lunatic Asylum in 1865.
