Grant County, Kentucky, carpenter. Kentucky native. Son of Samuel Billiter and Nancy Billiter. Married to Mollie Billiter. Carpenter in Grant County, Kentucky, in 1860. Carpenter in Grant County in 1863. Arrested for being a confederate sympathizer in Grant County on July 16, 1862. Imprisoned at Camp Chase, Ohio, until November 7, 1862.
