ADJUTANT GENERAL'S OFFICE,
Washington, June 13th, 1865.
(Extract.)

55. The unexpired portion of the sentence of the General Court Martial, promulgated in General Orders, No. 92, Headquarters, Department of the Ohio, Knoxville, Tennessee, of October 27th, 1864, in the case of Sergeant Joseph Whittlesey, Company "I," 11th Kentucky Cavalry, is remitted. He will be released from confinement at the Military Prison, Camp Nelson, Kentucky, (where he is now supposed to be.) and returned to duty with that regiment.

The Quartermaster's Department will furnish the necessary transportation.
