13. Captain Edward H. Green, 11th Kentucky Cavalry, having tendered his resignation, for pressing private reasons, is hereby honorably discharged the service of the United States, to date from May 13th, 1865, on account of physical disability, with condition that he shall receive no final payments, until he has satsified the Pay Department that he is not indebted to the Government.

The vacancy created by this discharge will not be filled.
