GENERAL ORDER
No. 4.

The companies of Active Militia for the Kentucky National Legion, now organized and being organized, will not go into camp, nor will they be furnished with camp and garrison equipage or clothing, unless by special order from the Governor placing them upon active duty in the field.

When a company is organized they will be furnished with guns by the State, and will be expected to meet together at least once a month, for the purpose of drilling, during the summer and fall months.

Companies that have gone into camp are directed to turn over their camp and garrison equipage, and the men allowed to go to their homes, but subject to the orders of their commanding officer.
