Your communication of the 10^th inst to His Excellency Gov^r Bramlette, has been referred to this office for reply. His Excellency will heartily cooperate with you in carrying out your instructions, and you will be duly notified of the organization of troops as soon as reported to these H^d Qr^s The different places of rendezvous mentioned in General Orders N^o 3 from these H^d qrs (copy herein enclosed) are all Military posts which will doubtless be of material assistance, in this distribution of ordnance. The circular you have had printed if sent to me, will be promptly issued to those organizing companies. As we have had no report of full organizations yet, His Excellency thinks a personal interview unnecessary at present.
