No. 256.
(Extract.)

46. So much of Special Orders, No. 151, June 2d, 1864, from Head-quarters, Department of the Ohio, as accepted the resignation of 1st Lieutenant , 48th Kentucky Volunteers, "to enable him to accept promotion," is hereby revoked, and he is restored to his command, with pay from the date at which he rejoined his regiment for duty, provided the vacancy has not been filled, evidence of which must be obtained from the Governor.
