STATE AND COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY,
JEFFERSON COUNTY AND CIRCUIT, SCT.
Against Lyman Guinnip and C G Bradshaw
January Term of the Jefferson Circuit Court, in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-three

The Jurors of the Grand Jury, impannelled and sworn to inquire in and for the body of the County of Jefferson, in the name and by the authority of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, on their oath, present that Lyman Guinnip and C G Bradshaw late of said County, on the 17^th day of October in the year eighteen hundred and sixty-two in the said County of Jefferson, and State of Kentucky, ~~with force and arms~~ committed the crime of Grand Larceny as follows towit. The said Lyman Guinnip and C G Bradshaw on the 17^th day of October A D 1862 in the County aforesaid, One buggy and one set of harness of the value of One hundred dollars. of the goods and chattels of John S. Owsley then and there being and found, feloniously did steal, take, and carry away, contrary to the form of the Statute, in that case made and provided, and against the peace and dignity of the Commonwealth of Kentucky:
