Against Indictment felony
Thomas Kent Deft

The defendant being solemnly called to appear in discharge of the recognizance entered into by him in this Court, on the 31^st July 1862, came not, but made default. It is therefore considered by the Court, that the Clerk of this Court issue a writ of Scire facias against said Thomas Kent together with John Keagan and W C D Whipps his bail, to shew cause if any they have or can why the Commonwealth shall not have judgment and Execution thereon against them, the said Kent in Four hundred dollars, and the said Keagan & Whipps in a like sum by reason of the forfeiture of s^d recognizance, and for a breach of the condition thereof. And on motion of plaintiff by Attorney, a Capias is awarded her herin returnable &^c which Capias shall be endorsed bail in Four hundred dollars with good and sufficient security in a like sum conditioned &^c.
