April 9^th 1860.

In pursuance of an adjourned meeting held by the undersigned in the Town of Edmonton on Monday the 5^th day of March 1860. after being duly sworn proceeded to perform the duties imposed upon us by an act of the General Assembly of Kentucky creating the County of Metcalfe.

Commencing with the Edmonton District No. 1. Beginning at the Cross Roads near George A. Clark's; thence with the Glasgow and Columbia road to the Barren County line; thence with the Barren line to Mc'Murtry's shop, near the line; thence to Louis Franklin, leaving him in Sartain Precinct, thence to J. D. Nevel's, leaving him in Sartain; thence a Straight line to Falling Timber to Creek below Elijah Shirley's; thence with said Creek to Jame Harper's Spring Branch; thence with said Branch to James Harpers --, including him; thence with the road from Harpers to W^m Young's leaving him in Sartain Precinct; thence to James Ferrell's, including him; thence to Jonathan Clark's, including him; thence to John Norris, including him; thence to James Runyan's including him; thence to Freeman Runyan's old Farm, on the line between Cumberland and Metcalfe, including Elzy Hurt; thence with the County line to where the Edmonton and Burksville road crosses; thence with said road to Moccasin Creek; thence down said Creek to where it crosses the Columbia and Tompkinsville Road; thence down said road including S. M. Moran; thence with said road to the mouth of
the lane below B. M. Patterson's shop; thence with Pendleton's Mill road to Edmonton and Columbia Road; thence a Straight line to James Salmmon's including him; thence to Sulphur Lick Creek; thence with said Creek to where it crosses the Glasow and Columbia road; thence with said road to the beginning.

Sartain Precinct No. 2,

Beginning at the Barren County line near McMurtry's shop, where the Edmonton Precinct line leaves said lines; thence with the Edmonton Precinct line to the Cumberland County line; thence with the Cumberland County line to the Monroe County line, thence with said line to the Barren and Metcalfe corner, thence with the Barren County line to the Beginning.

Voting Precinct Ray's Cross Roads.
Officers of Election. Judges Stephen P. White and John S. Gee, Clerk J. M. Bowling, Sheriff Ben. Shirley.

Flat Rock Precinct N^o 3.

Beginning on the County line between Cumberland and Metcalfe Counties, when it intersects the Edmonton & Burksville Road thence with the Edmonton Precinct line to where it intersects the Edmonton and Columbia
road; thence with said road to the Adair County line; thence with said line to the Cumberland County line; thence with said line to the beginning.

Voting Precinct at a Spring on Flat Rock Creek, near John A. Walkup's.

Officers of Election Judges Wiliam Jesse & S. W. Marrs. Clerk Joseph H. Walkers. Sheriff John R. Pulliam.

East Fork Precinct No. 4.

Beginning at a point on the Glasgow and Columbia Road, where Sulphur lick Creek crosses said road; thence up said road to cross roads above Geo. A. Clark's thence with Neaman's Mill road, including Richard Lambirth's; thence to A. S. Thompson's leaving him in Lafayett Precinct; thence to ford of the River at the head of the Newman's Mill Pond; thence with the South Fork of Little Barren River to the mouth of the East Fork, to intersect the Green County line; thence with said line to the Adair County line; thence with said line to the Edmonton and Columbia Road; thence with said road to where Pendleton's Mill Road crosses; thence with the Edmonton Precinct line to the Beginning.

Voting Place at M. N. Carr's Store,

Officers of Election Judges James Mitchell & J. L. Yates. Clerk John Brockman. Sheriff James H. Boston.

Lafayette Precinct N^o 5.

Beginning at the cross roads near G. A. Clark's thence with the East Fork District line to the Mouth of the East Fork, intersecting the Green County line; thence with said line to the Hart County line; thence with said line to the Barren County line; thence with said line to the Glasgow and Columbia Road; thence with said Road to the Beginning.

Voting Place, Lafayette.

Officers of Election. Judges Waddy Thompson Sr. and Ben. Hiser. Clerk John B. Brownlee. Sheriff M. D. Higgasen.

We the undersigned do hereby certify that the above and foregoing is a true and perfect copy of the boundary of the different voting precincts in Metcalfe
