Your Petitioner George Jutt was sometime in April Fined Twenty Dollars in the City Court of Louisville for selling Liquor without a Licens since that time he has been fined Sixty Dollars for the same offence which has been paid and has taken his Licens to vend ardent Spirits he Jutt is a poor man and has a large Family to provide for sober temperate and a good citizen knowing the facts in Jutt case would respectfully ask as Marshal of the City that you would Remit the commonwealths Portion of said twenty Dollars for which your Petitioner would ever pray &c
