Dear Sir

Enclosed you will find a remission of a judgment, against Johm Murray in the Anderson circuit court The remission misrecites the condition of the case as it existed at the time. It should have stated forfeited recognizance. And since the date of the remission a judgment has been rendered, on the forfeited recognizance. The paper is right now as it reads, except the date. you will please alter the date or issue a new one as, it does not now answer the purpose for which it was intended. The judgment for 100 dollars was rendered at April Term of Anderson Circuit Court 1861, and enclose to me by mail.
