This is to authorize James B Moore to Keep a Coffee house, and retail liquor by the small for the space of Six months from the 6^th day of March 1860. he having paid Twenty five Dollars license therefor -- He holding himself liable to all the pains & penalties in such cases provided by law, or imposed by the laws of Greensburg for any violation thereof -- Witness my hand. March 17^th 1860

I Robert Marshall clerk of the Green County Court Certify that James B Moore this day applied for and obtained a license and paid the Tax required by law to keep a Coffee house in the Town of Greensburg County of Green

Therefore this is to license the said James B Moore to keep a Coffee house in the Town of Greensburg for one year from the date hereof with all the restrictions and requirements of the law
