We Thomas Hynes Principal & R Enders & H Enders security do bind ourselves three months after date hereof to pay the Commonwealth of Ky the Plaintiff in the Execution the sum of Fifty two dollars & 72 cents, bearing interest from this date, being the amount of principal, interest, & cost of an Execution issued from the office of the M^cCracken Equity & Criminal Court, on the 21^st Day of November 1860 in favor of the said Commonwealth of Ky for the sum of thirty Eight dollars and 00 Cents, debt or damages, & dollars and -- cents, interest, Thirteen dollars and 05 cents, cost of suit, one dollars & 27 cents, Sheriff's half commission, forty cents bond, amounting in the whole to the sum of Fifty two dollars & 72 cents aforesaid, against the said Hynes and we the Said R Enders & H Enders his Surety have hereby replevied the same.

Witness our hand this 5^th day of January 1861
