Against } Indictment for Murder
Taylor Roberts & Anna G. Roberts Def'ts

The Grand Jury of Trimble County in the name and by the authority of the commonwealth of Kentucky accuse Taylor Roberts and Annie G Roberts of the crime of murder. Committed as follows, viz: The Said Taylor Roberts and Annie G. Roberts in the county aforesaid on the 1^st day of March 1858 did feloniously willfully and of their malice aforethought kill and murder Nancy Gardener by wilfully and maliciously giving and administering to her Arsenic and another corrosive and destructive poison from the effects of which She then and their died contrary to the statute and, Against the peace and dignity of the commonwealth of Kentucky
