It appearing to the Satisfaction of the Court that Charles Morehead One of the Justices of the peace for Muhlenberg County in district No 1. has departed this life It is therefore adjudged by the court that his said office of Justice of the Peace for said district be and the same is hereby declared vacant, And the Court recommind to his Excellency the Governor of Kentucky the appointment of John Clark to fill the vacancy in said office until the next August election
