The Grand Jury of Caldwell County, in the name and by the authority of the Commonwealth of Kentucky: accuse E,, H,, Daniels,, and Reuben, T, Daniels,, of the offence of allowing minors to play on a Jennie Lind Table,, Committed as follows viz, The said E,, H,, Daniels,, Reuben,, T,, Daniels,, on the 10^th day of Februrary 1865, and on divers other days and times in the County aforesaid they being the owners and controllers of a gaming Table, called a Jennie Lind Table, and used for gaming purposes and on which money property and other things of value were bett won and lost, did willfully suffer and allow, F,, W,, Dabney,, Robert Overby, W,, H,, Owen,, and William Denny,, to engage at and play games on said table,, without the written permission of their parents or either of them,, said Dabney, Overby, Owen and Denny, being minors under the age of twenty One years at the time aforesaid and against the peace and dignity of the Commonwealth of Kentucky,, Information given by=
