The Commonwealth of Kentucky, Plaintiff.
against } Indictment for Felony
Henry Limrick, W^m H. Shryock, Riley Oder, Joseph Simpson Defendants

The Grand Jury of Grant County, in the name and by the authority of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, accuse Henry Shryock, W^m H. Shryock, Riley Oder and Joseph Simpson of the offense of willfully and maliciously shooting at and wounding another, with intention to kill such other person, so that such other pserson did not ^die^ thereby -- Committed as follows viz. The said Henry Limrick, W^m H Shryock, Riley Oder & Joseph Simpson, in the County, Circuit and State aforesaid, on the [ ] day of February 1864, did [und]lawfully, feloniously, willfully and maliciously shoot at and wound J. R. Jamison with a gun loaded with powder and a leaden bullet or other hard substance, with the intention to kill the said J R. Jamison, so that the said J. R. Jamison did not die thereby -- Contrary to the Statute in such Case made and provided and against the peace and dignity of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
