Against } on ~~charge~~Indictment of Grand Larceny
William Brookover Defendant

The defendant being in custody of the Jailor of Mason County, and being personally in Court, and the Jury sworn on a former day of the present term, will and truly to try the issue, and a true verdict render, in the case according to the law and evidence, and having fully heard the parties, say. "We the Jury find the Defendant guilty of the charge in the within Indictment, and fix his imprisonment in the penetentiary at three years. The Jury in this case, being polled, and the name of each Juror being called by the Clerk Seperately. each Juror repsonded in substance that he agreed in the foregoing verdict.
