At the October Term 1863 of the Todd Circuit Court five Seperate Judgements were rendered in favor of the Commonwealth of Kentucky against One S. P. Harrison as the Bail of Geo L. Harrison and on account of the forfeiture of Bonds entered into to answer Indictments against said Geo L. Harrison pending in said court. Said Judgements are as follows:

No 1	......	$60.00
No 2	......	$50.00
No 3	.....	$300.00
No 4	.....	$300.00
No 5	.....	$50.00
amounting to the sum of		$760.00

I am informed by reliable parties in Todd County who are well
acquainted with the condition of S. P. Harrison and that it will take about all his Estate to pay said Judgements to the Commonwealth, and that he is a quiet=industrious inoffensive kind of a man = and has a wife and children dependant on him for a Support=and for that consideration alone I would recommend that you extend to him executive clemency and remit a portion of said Judgements not exceeding One half of the gross amount of all of said Judgments sum of $760 Geo L Harrison Who forfeited his Bonds is an outlaw and a desperado= and his brother S. P. Harrison ought to pay a portion of said Judgments it will not to do to remit and release the whole of said Judgments against S. P. Harrison and I do not so recommend.

I Ben T. Perkins clerk of the Todd Circuit Court certify that the within named Judgments were rendered in favor of the Commonwealth against S. P. Harrison, at the October Term of the Todd Circuit Court 1863, and I cheerfully join in the petition of the Commonwealth's Attorney, for the remission of one half of the same.
