U.S. Congressional District in southern Kentucky. Consisted of Union, Webster, Hopkins, Crittenden, Caldwell, Livingston, Lyon, Trigg, Marshall, Calloway, McCracken, Graves, Ballard, Hickman, and Fulton counties between 1861 and 1863. Hopkins County was removed from the district between 1863 and 1865. Represented by Henry C. Burnett from 1859-1863 and Samuel L. Casey from 1861-1863. Represented by Lucien Anderson from 1863-1865.
