Governor of the Commonwealth of Kentucky
To All who shall see these presents greeting
Whereas, Judgment has been rendered by the Grayson Circuit Court. for $500. against the sureties of Joseph Tucker upon a forfeiture recognizance
And Whereas, It appears from satisfactory evidence that the case of the said securities presents strong considerations for the interposition and indulgence of the Executive,
Now, Know Ye, that in consideration of the premises, and by virtue of the power vested in me by the Constitution, I have thought proper to Remit and do, by these presents, remit said Judgment save fees & costs
And do forever acquit, release, and discharge the said Securities from the same enjoining all officers to respect this Remission, and govern themselves accordingly.
In Testimony Whereof, I have caused these letters to be made patent, and the seal of the Commonwealth to be hereunto affixed, Done at Frankfort, the
