Sir there is a vacancy in the office of Justice of the Peace in District No 1 in this county occasioned by the death of Eli Wheat Esqr & I would suggest the names of R. A. Miller & Arnold Denton to fill said vacancy.

There is also a vacancy in District No 3 in this county occasioned by the resignation of M. W. Cartwright Esqr

I would Suggest the names of Pinkney Taylor & J. C. A. Strang to fill said vacancy Please forward Commissions at the earlies convenience
