I, Kinley J. Tener, residing in the city and county of Philadelphia, in the state of Pennsylvania, appointed by the Governor of the State of Kentucky, Commissioner of Deeds, under Chapter 70 of the Act of the General Assembly of said State of Kentucky, entitled "An act to adopt the Revised Statutes," approved January 7^th 1852, for the State of Kentucky within the State of Pennsylvania, do solemnly swear that I will well and truly execute and perform all the duties of such commissioner, and by virtue of the laws of the said state of Kentucky, and that the following is an impression of my seal of office.
