Charles H. Fox, appointed a Commissioner of Deeds, &c. for the State of Kentucky, under Chapter 70, Act of General Assembly of said state, approved January 7th, 1852, by Commission dated October 2d, 1865, being duly sworn, makes oath and says, that he will well and truly execute and perform all the duties of his said office.

Sworn to and subscribed before me, a Commissioner of the State of Kentucky, for the State of Ohio, duly commissioned and authorized to take affidavit &c this 3rd day of october, 1865.
