I, Samuel S. Carpenter, a Commissioner of Deeds &c, for the Commonwealth of Kentucky, duly commissioned by the Governor thereof for the State of Ohio, by Commission dated October 6th, 1865, under Ch. 70 of the Act of the General Assembly of Kentucky, entitled an Act to adopt the Revised Statutes approved January 7th, 1852, do solemnly swear, that I will well and truly execute and perform all the duties of my station as such Commissioner.
