Bell, duly appointed by the Governor of the State of Kentucky a Commissioner, for the State of Kentucky, resident at Boston in the State of Massachusetts, do solemnly swear, that I will well and faithfully execute and perform all the duties of such Commissioner, under and by virtue of the laws of said State of Kentucky
