Bramlette, Governor of the State of Kentucky, as a Commissioner of Deeds for the state of Kentucky, residing in the state of New York, do solemnly swear, that I will well and faithfully perform all the duties appertaning to the office of such Commissioner to the best of my knowledge and ability, So help me God.
