Be it remembered that in the sixth day of September in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-five before me the subscriber, a Notary Public within and for the county of Hamilton and state of Ohio, and as such duly authorized to administer oaths, personally came William H. Mackey of said county and state, and commissioner of Deeds for Kentucky, who being first duly sworn by me, said that he would well and truly execute and perform all the duties appertaining to his said office of Commissioner of Deeds for Kentucky
