I Herman L Emmons, Jr. a Commissioner of Deeds duly authorized & commissioned by the Governor of the State of Kentucky, to take & certify to Depositions, acknowledgments of Deeds, &c, in Baltimore, Md. to be used & recorded in said State of Kentucky, being duly sworn do depose & say That I will well & truly execute & perform all the duties of said Commissioner under the laws of said State of Kentucky. — So help me God. —
