Paul a Commissioner of Deeds for Kentucky in Ohio duly appointed and commissioned by the Governor of said State of Kentucky by commission bearing date the 27th day of June 1864. under the laws of said State of Kentucky do solemnly swear that I will well and truly execute and perform all the duties of said station.
