To all whom these Presents shall come, Greeting:

Know Ye, That reposing especial trust and confidence in the integrity, diligence, and ability of Lyman E Munson, I do hereby appoint him COMMISSIONER OF DEEDS, Under Chapter 70 of the Act of the General Assembly of said Commonwealth, entitled "An act to adopt the Revised Statutes," approved January 7th, 1852, for the State of Kentucky, hereby investing him with full power and authority to execute and fulfill the duties of the said office according to law within the State of Connecticut. And to have and to hold the same, with all the rights and emoluments thereunto legally appertaining, for and during the term of four year from the date hereof.

In Testimony Whereof, I have caused these letters to be made patent and the Seal of the Commonwealth to be hereunto affixed. Done at Frankfort, the 8^th day of January, in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and 634, and in the 72^nd year of the Commonwealth.
