Nelson County } SS October County Court 1863

It appearing to the Court that William R. Livers and T. C. Warren who were elected as Justices of the Peace in and for District No 5 in Nelson County in May 1863. have heretofore failed and refused to qualify as such, It is now declared that a vacancy exists in said offices and the same is ordered to be certified to the Governor of Kentucky
