September Term Wayne County Court 1863

It is ordered by the Court that J. E. Vickrey be recommended to his excellency the Governor of Kentucky for to fill the office of coroner of Wayne County there being no election held for coroner in said county at the August Election in consiquence of there being no candidate for the office.
