J T Whitlow and L P Pace, take notice, that whereas at the

Said Notice was executed by the Sheriff of Metcalfe Count on L P Pace
On the same day, at a Circuit
Court commenced as aforesaid the following judgment was rendered herein
Judgt.
It appearing to the Court that the judgment heretofore rendered in this action against the defts. has been destroyed, and the deft Pace having been duly summoned and failing to answer, and the deft. Whitlow entered his appearance in Court, and the proof having been heard, it is adjudged by the Court that the Commonwealth recover of said defts $100. the amount of the original judgment, and the costs of the original action.
On motion of the defts their motion for a new trial, made at the last
Afterwards at a Circuit Court court continued and held as above on the
Order
The defts by their attorney produced grounds for a new trial herein, and the same is ordered to be filed
And afterwards at a Circuit Court Continued and held as above, the following order was made herein viz
